He has over 25 years cognate work experience in the world of international development and majority of which was in Social and Behavior Communication (SBCC) on USAID-funded projects United States Department of Labor (USDOL)-funded Strategically Managing AIDS Responses Together in the Workplace (SMARTWork) Project, the Nigerian Business Coalition Against AIDS (NiBUCAA) … the Private Sector Response to HIV & AIDS, USAID-funded Communication for Change (C-Change} Project implemented by FHI360, USAID-funded Evidence to Action for Strengthened Reproductive Health for Women and Girls (E2A) Project implemented by Pathfinder International, Nigeria.

Olusina rose through the ranks in international development from a Program Officer (IEC/Planning) and Senior Behavior Change Communication Officer, USAID-funded AIDSCAP implemented by the defunct Family Health International, Nigeria (1994-2002), Pioneer Country Coordinator of the US Department of Labor’s SMARTWork Program [Strategically Managing AIDS Responses Together in the workplace 2002-2005], Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Business Coalition Against AIDS – NiBUCAA, (2005-13), Deputy Chief of Party, USAID-funded C-Change Project implemented by FHI360 (2013-2014), Project Director, USAID-funded E2A Project implemented by Pathfinder International Nigeria (2014-16) and Deputy Project Director for the phase two of the Nigerian Urban Reproductive Health Initiative (NURHI) Project funded by The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and managed by a consortium led by the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Program (2016-19). He has the degree of Masters {Education for Primary Health} from the University of Manchester, Manchester, United Kingdom (1987).
